Refunds and returns
Every Chrome Wear onesie is a preorder made for your order, so all sales are final. We don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a design can't be produced to standard, you may receive a different design of equal or higher value.
Cancellations
Orders can't be cancelled once they've been confirmed.
Shipping
Production takes 6–8 weeks, and your order ships once its production run is complete. Standard delivery arrives up to 2 weeks after shipping. Express arrives 4–7 business days after shipping. Rates are shown at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If a parcel is lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier.
1 Year Warranty (optional add-on)
One year of cover against defects in materials and workmanship. It's purchased once per order, not per onesie. To claim, contact us with your order number and photos.
